Meter Decorating
Every holiday season businesses, groups, and organizations help make Main Street bright and festive by decorating parking meters.

Awards and prizes will be awarded near the end of the holiday season.
Parade
The Everett Christmas parade will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, and parade Line up will begin at 4 pm. Lineup will be near the Everett Train Station (49 W 5th St, Everett), the parade will end at N Hopewell St. Parade will start at 5:30pm.

You must be registered to be a part of the parade.
$50 Cash Prizes will be awarded for each of the following categories:
1. Best theme
2. Best Performance Group
3. Best decorated vehicle

Vendor Event
The Home for Christmas Vendor event on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
We look for a wide variety of vendors and have inside and outside opportunities. Download the registration form by clicking here.
Make checks payable to the EABBA - Ideas Committee. Mail check and payment to Idea Committee, 137 E Main St., Everett PA 15537 by November 3rd.

Vender Information:
Nonprofits: Free
Early Elf Registration (on or before 8/31/25): $20
Registration 9/1/25 or after: $30
Food Trucks: $40 (no early discount)

10x10 space. No electric. Set up starting at noon. Cars must be off the street by 1:30 pm. Selling times 2-5 pm. Certification and License, where applicable. Tables should be staffed at all times. ​​

includes recognition on Santa bags, banner at Ginkgo Tree, during the Christmas Parade, advertisement during the Elf Walk, and the opportunity to turn the lights on for the town Christmas Tree.

Snowflake Memory Ornaments
Snowflake memory ornaments will be placed on a two-sided handcrafted Christmas tree that will be placed over a parking meter in downtown Everett. The tree and ornaments will be displayed throughout the 2025 holiday season.
The name of your special person and a brief message can be included on your snowflake memory ornament. The writing area for the ornament is 2 – 1/2 ” diameter. You can submit Snowflake Memory Ornament requests through December 23rd at the Everett Free Library. Ornaments are $5 each.

Utility Pole Christmas Light Sponsors
To continue lighting up the streets of Everett during the holiday season, an OWL pole must be installed on each utility pole. Each OWL costs ~$1,000, and Everett needs 76 of them to cover Main Street, North Spring Street, and South Street (totaling $76,000).​​
