Registration for the 2023 Summer Reading program at the Everett Free Library has begun! Fill out one form for each child participating. If you would like to register for the adult summer reading program follow this link:

This year’s program has the option to read at home OR read at home and attend activities at the library.

There are two ways for you to participate:
1. Read at home using a paper log only to record reading time.
2.  Read at home using the paper log to record reading time, and attend in-person programs

Reading will begin June 5th and continue until July 27th.
Reading logs are due Thursday, July 27th.
Read at home and log your time to win prizes.
In-Person Activities from 9:30 am – 12 pm on Thursdays June 15th, 22nd, & 29th, July 6th, & 13th

Morning snacks will be given during activity days.

We will have a local field trip during the summer.

 

Preschool Storytime every Friday at 11am.

 

Adult Summer Reading program will be available. Details will be available here on our website and Facebook soon.

The goal for this summer is 1,040 minutes = about 7 weeks at 20 minutes a day.

 

Summer Reading prizes will be available for pick-up between Tuesday, August 8 and Tuesday, August 15.

To register in person stop by the library during regular library hours or print out the Registration form 2023, Emergency Contact and Medical Information for a Child 2023, and Permission to videotape and/or photograph 2023 and return them to the library.

 

Adult Summer Reading

We will be doing bingo cards again this year. We have revamped our bingo cards and they will be available either by email or in-person at the library starting June 5th. To register online click here.
